Wyoming ANNUAL REPORT FILING INFORMATION

The Wyoming Secretary of State Corporations Division requires that both Corporations and LLCs file an Annual Report. The Annual Report is due on the 1st day of the anniversary month of the initial filing. The Annual Report form is mailed to the designated Registered Agent of the company 2 months in advance of the due date.

Wyoming ANNUAL REPORT FILING FEES AND DUE DATES

Corporation	$50.00 if assets are under $250,000. If assets are more than $250,000, then the Fee is .0002 *assets
Limited Liability Company	$50.00 if assets are under $250,000 if > .0002 *assets = Fee

Wyoming ANNUAL REPORT FILING PENALTIES

Failure to file the Annual Report form will result in the administrative dissolution or revocation of the entity.
